About camping De Vest

Located in the city center of Enkhuizen and within walking distance of the train station, city campsite De Vest is a small, simple, and peaceful campsite for the whole family. Here you’ll find culture, water sports, (urban) history, and entertainment options just a stone’s throw away. It’s a great starting point for various outings in the city and surrounding area.

The staff warmly welcomes you and is happy to ensure you have a pleasant stay at the campsite.

A special initiative

Camping De Vest is a versatile meeting place for everyone, where work and leisure come together in harmony. The Edutainment Foundation has been guiding this project since early 2018. People with mild intellectual disabilities work at the campsite, supported by professional staff.

Camping De Vest is open from April 1st to September 30th.
